How it works.
You launch
One transaction deploys your distributor and launches the token on Pons with the distributor set as the fee recipient. The charity and the split are constructor arguments, so they are immutable from the first block.
Fees collect themselves
Anyone can sweep, harvest and release. The contract enforces the outcome, so it does not matter who pays the gas — and nothing sits waiting for us to press a button.
It reaches the charity
The charity share bridges to Base and settles through Donate.gg. Each donation is an event on a public chain, linked from here and from your token’s page.
Every fee, accounted for.
Pons charges 1% on every buy and sell. Pons keeps 30% of that inside its own contract — it never reaches us. The remaining 0.70% of volume is the creator side, and that is everything Be Kind has to work with.
The split.
90% — the charity
Bridged to Base and donated through Donate.gg to a registered 501(c)(3). Every payout is an on-chain event you can read on an explorer we do not run.
10% — buys and burns $KIND
The protocol fee. It is not paid to a wallet: it buys $KIND on the open market and sends it somewhere nothing comes back from. No function exists that could redirect it.
0% — the token creator
Launching a token here is not a business. If you want a cut of your own fees, this is the wrong launchpad, and we would rather say so on the front page.
What this is not.
- A token is not an investment, and launching one is not a donation. What reaches a charity depends entirely on whether people trade, and that may be nothing.
- Being listed in the directory is not an endorsement. The directory comes from Donate.gg. An organisation appearing in it has not agreed to receive anything from a token launched here and may not know it exists.
- One hop is trusted, and pretending otherwise would be a lie. The bridge puts its destination in an off-chain request, so no contract can verify where a transfer lands. What we do instead is shrink what that trust can reach, and publish the request id so anyone can check it without our help.
- We take 10%. It buys and burns $KIND, which benefits everyone holding $KIND, including us. That is a conflict of interest and it belongs on the front page rather than in a document nobody opens.
- $KIND itself pays no charity, and it is how we get paid. Everything above describes tokens launched here. $KIND is not one of them: 10% of its fees burn it like any other token, and the remaining 90% is paid to us in USDG. It is the project’s only income. It is a different deal from the one on this page, so it is written out on the $KIND page rather than left to be inferred from the split above.

Every token launched here pays 10% of its fees into one contract, and that contract does exactly one thing: buy $KIND and burn it.
Burned, not banked.
The protocol fee is not paid to a wallet. It reaches a contract whose only outbound call buys $KIND on the open market and sends it somewhere nothing comes back from. No owner, no withdraw, no pause, no upgrade — nobody can redirect it, including us.
$KIND itself is different from every other launch here, and it is worth saying plainly: it pays no charity. Its fees go to the people who built this, minus the same 10% burn every other token pays. If you are holding it for the charity, hold one of the tokens launched here instead — those pay 90%.
